Nanda Devi Bus – Refund Policy

 

  1. Cancellation by Passenger: If a passenger wishes to cancel their ticket, refunds will be provided according to the following conditions:
  • 7 days or more before departure: 100% refund
  • Between 3 and 7 days before departure: 50% refund
  • Within 3 days of departure: No refund

 

  1. Cancellation by Nanda Devi Bus: In the event that Nanda Devi Bus cancels a scheduled trip for any reason, passengers will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket fare.

 

  1. Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days from the date of cancellation. The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method used for booking the ticket.

 

  1. Refund Exceptions: Please note that certain fees, such as booking fees or service charges, may be non-refundable. Additionally, refunds may be subject to administrative fees or deductions as per our discretion.

 

  1. Incomplete Journey: No refunds will be provided for tickets if the passenger fails to board the bus or completes only part of the journey.

 

  1. Refund Requests: To request a refund, passengers must contact Nanda Devi Bus customer service and provide their booking details. Refund requests must be made within [A] days of the scheduled departure date.

 

  1. Exceptional Circumstances: In cases of exceptional circumstances, such as natural disasters or unforeseen events, Nanda Devi Bus reserves the right to modify or waive the refund policy at its discretion.
